large Family home in quiet neighbourhood. Our family live in a gated community in the heart of Kingston though the community itself is quiet and only minutes away from cinemas, restauarants, theatre, museums, beach and other tourists attractions. Transportatation is very accessible and relatively cheap. It is a very safe neighbourhood and walking trails and other sporting facilities are available. We are mother and son (54,25) respectively. There are 3 poodles who act as if they are our children. There is a large garden with orchids and the grounds are lush and green. There are several fruits trees available. The house is upstairs and downstairs with bedrooms located upstairs. There is however a study that serves as bedroom for family members (when visiting) who cannot climb the stairs. There is a Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the other bedrooms are served by one bathroom.The rooms are large and airy and overlook the majestic mountains. There is a large sunken living room that opens unto a open patio. The dining room is cosy and attached strategically to the kitchen. There is a verandah and a large carport that doubles as a entertainment area.
